I am a proven and successful Technical Writer with 20+ years experience documenting bleeding-edge technologies that encompass several industries.As my skill set continues to grow, I have been increasingly involved with more IT infrastructure related projects such as business continuity, disaster recovery, patch management, and other documentation related activities. I pride my self on having strong analytical and problem-solving ability along with excellent communication skills.

Having "been there; done that" with the numerous assignments at different companies, this acquired experience allows me to quickly ramp up and learn an employer's technology with a minimum learning curve to become a valued and productive employee.
